Affordable and Luxury Housing (Lagos)

In collaboration with a Government Agency, Afrifrontier is advising on the development of a 270-unit housing estate, comprised of 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The estate is designed to provide luxury, comfort, and convenience to residents. Facilities include car parking bays, tarred internal estate roads, lush greenery and children’s playground, estate office and gate house, public electricity extension, convenience store and shops, independent power supply, and centralized water and sewage treatment plants.
