In collaboration with a Government Agency, Afrifrontier is advising on the development of a 270-unit housing estate, comprised of 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
Abuja, Federal Capital Territory
In collaboration with an educational institution and a paramilitary organization,Afrifrontier is developing 2,000 units of affordable housing units (including 1-, 2-,and 3- bedroom units).
Hospitality (Abuja)
In partnership with a major hotel operator in Abuja, Afrifrontier acquired a 25-year lease from the State Government for the conversion and redevelopment of its property in Abuja into a 20-room boutique hotel.
Port Operator in West Africa
Raised$150 million, enabling the modernization and expansion of port facilities. This investment has significantly improved logistical efficiencies and trade capabilities,fostering regional economic growth
